Madde 2. Konu
Bu sözleşmenin konusu, alıcının satıcıya ait web sitesi veya ödeme bağlantısı üzerinden elektronik ortamda satın aldığı danışmanlık hizmetinin nitelikleri, bedeli, ifası ve tarafların hak ve yükümlülükleridir. Hizmetin kapsamı ödeme sayfasında ve alıcıya iletilen teklifte belirtilir.
Madde 3. Hizmet bedeli ve ödeme
Hizmet bedeli ödeme sayfasında, para birimiyle birlikte gösterilir. Ödeme, Stripe altyapısı üzerinden kredi veya banka kartıyla yapılır. Devlet harçları ve üçüncü taraf ücretleri bedele dahil ise ödeme sayfasında, değilse teklifte ayrıca belirtilir.
Madde 4. Hizmetin ifası
Satıcı, ödemenin alınmasının ve alıcıdan gerekli belgelerin teslim edilmesinin ardından hizmete başlar. Belirtilen süreler tahminidir; resmi kurumların ve bankaların işlem sürelerine bağlıdır. Hizmetin teslim şekli Hizmet teslimi politikasında açıklanmıştır.
Madde 5. Cayma hakkı
Hizmet, alıcının açık onayıyla ödemenin alınmasıyla birlikte derhal ifaya başlanan bir hizmettir. Bu nedenle Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesinin 1. fıkrasının (ğ) bendi uyarınca, cayma hakkı süresi sona ermeden önce tüketicinin onayı ile ifasına başlanan hizmetlerde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz.
Alıcı, ödemeyi yaparak hizmetin derhal başlatılmasını talep ettiğini ve bu nedenle cayma hakkını kaybedeceğini bildiğini kabul eder. İade koşulları için İade ve iptal politikası geçerlidir.
Madde 6. Tarafların yükümlülükleri
Satıcı, hizmeti özenle ve teklifte belirtilen kapsamda yerine getirir. Alıcı, doğru bilgi ve belge vermekle ve kurulan şirketi hukuka uygun faaliyetlerde kullanmakla yükümlüdür.
Madde 7. Uyuşmazlıkların çözümü
Uyuşmazlıklarda öncelikle info@mustafaguneyinan.com adresi üzerinden yazılı olarak çözüm aranır. Çözülemeyen uyuşmazlıklarda New Jersey eyaleti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici sıfatına sahip alıcıların ikamet ettikleri ülkenin tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.
Madde 8. Yürürlük
Alıcı, ödemeyi tamamlamadan önce bu sözleşmeyi ve Ön bilgilendirme formunu okuduğunu kabul eder. Sözleşme, ödemenin tamamlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.

The individual or entity whose name, email address and billing details are provided at checkout.
Article 2. Subject
This agreement governs the characteristics, price and performance of the consulting service purchased electronically by the buyer through the seller's website or payment link, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the service is stated on the payment page and in the quote sent to the buyer.
Article 3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the payment page together with its currency. Payment is made by credit or debit card through Stripe. Government fees and third-party charges are shown on the payment page if included in the price, or separately in the quote if not.
Article 4. Performance
The seller begins the service once payment has been received and the buyer has provided the required documents. Stated timelines are estimates and depend on processing times of government bodies and banks. Delivery is described in our Service Delivery Policy.
Article 5. Right of withdrawal
The service begins immediately upon payment, with the buyer's express consent. Therefore, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation and comparable consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends.
By paying, the buyer requests that the service begin immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Article 6. Obligations
The seller performs the service with due care and within the scope stated in the quote. The buyer must provide accurate information and documents and use the company formed only for lawful activities.
Article 7. Disputes
Disputes are first to be resolved in writing via info@mustafaguneyinan.com. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey; buyers acting as consumers retain the right to apply to the consumer bodies and courts of their country of residence.
Article 8. Entry into force
Before completing payment, the buyer confirms having read this agreement and the Pre-Contract Information Form. The agreement enters into force when payment is completed.
