- Kayıtlı adres ve registered agent sağlayıcıları
- Başvurunuzu yaptığınız banka ve ödeme kuruluşları

Yurt dışına aktarım
Hizmetin niteliği gereği verileriniz ABD ve İngiltere'deki kurumlara aktarılır. Bu aktarım, sözleşmenin ifası için zorunlu olup açık talebiniz üzerine gerçekleştirilir.
Saklama süresi
Verilerinizi hizmet ilişkisi boyunca ve sonrasında yasal saklama süreleri (vergi ve ticari kayıtlar için 10 yıla kadar) boyunca saklarız. Hizmete dönüşmeyen iletişim talepleri en geç 2 yıl sonra silinir.
Haklarınız
KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme, aktarılan alıcıları öğrenme ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi info@mustafaguneyinan.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

- Service data: identity, passport, address and company details required for formation and applications
- Payment data: amount, date and status of payments. Card details are processed directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS; your card number is never stored on our systems
- Technical data: IP address and browser information recorded in server logs

- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote
- Entering into and performing the contract (filing official applications)
- Collecting payment and issuing receipts and invoices
- Complying with our legal obligations
- Keeping the website secure
Legal bases
Your data is processed on the basis of contract formation and performance, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, ç, f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c), (f)).
Who we share it with
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is disclosed only as required by the service to:
- Government bodies: secretaries of state, the IRS, Companies House, HMRC
- Registered address and registered agent providers
- Banks and payment institutions you apply to

International transfers
By the nature of the service, your data is transferred to institutions in the United States and the United Kingdom. Such transfers are necessary to perform the contract and are made at your express request.
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for statutory retention periods (up to 10 years for tax and commercial records). Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 2 years.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR, you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, rectification or erasure, to object to processing, to learn the recipients of transfers and to data portability. Send requests to info@mustafaguneyinan.com; we respond within 30 days.
